core dumped error

Dear user
I am using FLUKA for shielding design of linear accelerator. I get core
dumped error after setting third tunnel wall. I did my best to simplify
the geometry.I don’t know from where the problem is coming.

Attached file is my input file.
I would be grateful for your help to solve the error
