Hello
You are correctly registered on the fluka site, so the download should work.
Here are the steps:
Go to the fluka web-site, choose the "download" tab, then click on
"download fluka". You'll get a list of packages, click on the one that
suits you depending on your operating system, a login pop-up will appear.
Enter as username the one that you received via e-mail, in the form
  fuid-xxxx
and as password the one that you choose at the moment of the registration
The download should start
Please let me know if it fails, and at which step.
