By default, rfluka runs 5 cycles, each continuing in the random number sequence of the previous cycle. Thus, if for some reason one cycle didn't finish correctly and, thus doesn't hand over the info on the random number sequence to the next cycle the latter cannot start.

This seems to be the case for you: cycle #1 ended probably due to a mistake in the input (please inspect the *out and *log files!), thus didn't produce the random number file ranexample002 for cycle #2 which consequently didn't start..
