you were right. I didn't recompile CORSIKA (I did recompile FLUKA but not CORSIKA because I didn’t change the location of my FLUPRO dir and I thought it was unnecessary). Now it works.

Did you recompile/relink Corsika after the new Fluka installation?
I'm afraid you have more versions of Fluka and Corsika is still linked to the old one.
