Hi Ana,
On the tab file the information is stored as:
start (of bin) end measurement error
So if you look the results in this way you will notice that intervals have the same size, also the last digit for example 3.000000”1"E-04, the “1” is just due to the precision.

Dear all
I'm using a USRTRACK card where I specified my Emin (0.0) and Emax (0.06) and the number of Bins (200).
When I look at my results on the _tab.lis file is indeed scoring energy on 200 bins but I realised that the size of the bins is not exactly the same, and I would like to know why? Please find attached an example of my _tab.lis file.
