Dear all

I'm comparing FLUKA with an analytic model that simulates a proton beam on a graphite target. This analytic model does not considers scattering and energy straggling and energy loss is calculated in the continuous slowing down approximation. Also, energy given to secondary charged particles from non-elastic nuclear interactions are deposited on the spot where are created (no transport).

I'm using a DISCARD, EMF, EMFCUT, DELRARAY and THRESHOL card in order to simulate this and I'm scoring fluence differential in energy using a USRTRACK card for different secondary particles, like deuterons, tritons, and alpha particles.

I probably misunderstood what the cards do but when I look at my results I don't get any fluence from secondary particles and I don't understand why since I just suppressed the transport of particles and not its production. Does anyone know why I'm getting this results?

Please find attached my inp and flair file.

Many thanks,

Ana
