Hi Shakeel,
Installing flair and running on windows is easy if proper steps are followed. Find attached step by step procedure how to install flair on windows. You need first
to install virtual machine. All is mentioned in the attached document.

Hi Shakeel,
My (very limited) experience tells me that the flupix virtual machine is by far the easiest to get up-and-running. File-handling will be slightly troublesome as you need to copy to/from the shared folder, but it's also one of the easiest solutions if you want to run it next to windows.

I appears that you have the same problem as already previously discussed on the list, i.e. it seems you don't have the gcc compatibility libraries or they are just not found. Following answers may help:

I tried and successfully install g77 but now I am getting different type of error which is
