Dear Helga,
You can do (as suggested by Alberto) a pre-run of one particle, asking to
print the de/dx tables (you get them both restricted and non-restricted,
see DELTARAY card http://www.fluka.org/fluka.php?id=man_onl&sub=21 with
SDUM PRINT). Copy and paste them into your user routine and write a simple
little program to search and interpolate them.
