Final formula looks like:
CALL SFECFE( SFE, CFE)
RADIUS = SQRT(XSPOT) * SQRT( XSPOT * FLRNDM(XDUMMY) )
XFLK (NPFLKA) = RADIUS * SFE
YFLK (NPFLKA) = RADIUS * CFE
ZFLK (NPFLKA) = ZBEAM
