Hi Brandon,
 them I misunderstood what you want to obtain. You want actually to obtain
the LET averaged on all the primary and secondary tracks for all the
particles of the shower generated by the primary event. Am I correct?

Using DOSEQLET you will get back the Q(LET) relation which we use (ICRP60)
where LET= LET(inf) in water.
What you request can be done of course with an user routine.
