Dear Chen Yuan,
In your case with the 10 MeV X-ray source i suppose you are looking for
a photonuclear interactions.
For that you could use PHOTONUC card to activate interactions, LAM-BIAS
for biasing.
As for LOW-MAT you can leave it, it will do no harm.
