Dear Ismail,
There is no any real “guideline” but in literature you can find a number of presentations and papers that can surely guide you, at the beginning, in the creation of your model.
Here a very short (and not exhaustive) list of useful links, just to give you an idea and a starting point for your search:
From last FLUKA course:

Couple of presentation given by Giuseppe Battistoni:

Some useful papers (just a starting point):
Design of 6 Mev linear accelerator based pulsed thermal neutron source: FLUKA simulation and experiment (Patil et al., ARI, 2012)
Estimation of neutron production from accelerator head assembly of 15 MV medical LINAC using FLUKA simulations (Patil et al., NIMB, 2011)
Monte Carlo simulations to support start-up and treatment planning of scanned proton and carbon ion therapy at a synchrotron-based facility (Parodi et al., Phys. In Med. And Biol., 2012)
And many others…
Hope this can help
Cheers,
Angelo

Oggetto: [fluka-discuss]: Fluka and radiotherapy
Hello,
I'm looking to use Fluka in radiotherapy field; simulate linac head, planning... is there any guideline for that?
Best regards
