Dear Amin,
from the terminal check that the FLUPRO variable is pointing to /usr/local/fluka using the command
echo $FLUPRO
You can try to set manually the path to the FLUKA folder in the Flair's options:
Tab Flair-> Config -> Programs
Try to set manually also the path to rfluka and flukahp.

Dear FLUKA users
I had install VM Virtual box on windows 8.1 and I use flupix-2011.2c-1_flair-2.1-6 iso as an image file.
My problem is that Flair can not find FLUKA. I do not see fluka on the right as i saw in the examples. can som one help me
