Dear Marlon,
from what I remenber SCORE trigger the scoring per primary independently
from its weight.
I would suggest you to modify your source routing in order to statistically
sample over you distribution (if you can) and keep the weight of the
primary to one.
Eventually you could move from the SCORE card to the more flexible USRBIN
(although in case of region scoring you might have to do the normalization
to the volume manually)
