Hi,
USRTRACK will give the neutron fluence spectrum inside your volume.
You are requesting only one bin for neutrons.
Neutrons are rather special and below 20MeV are treated with the multi-group approach
so it will give you the group structure (260 energy groups as in the Ch.10 in the fluka manual).
