Dear Wen,

to obtain the isotope inventory -region based- the card you need is
RESNUCLEi.
As for another question yesterday, I would suggest you to go through the
FLUKA course lecture about residual activation:
https://indico.cern.ch/event/442634/contributions/1096523/attachments/1186817/1721027/18_Activation_2015.pdf
especially p. 17-19 for your problem.
This will help you to set up your simulation. I think you will find the
beta+ emitters you expect... if you have still problems there, don't
hesitate to write.
