Hi Saurabh

> The problem is that when I emit the gammas from an annular source(with R_max=10, R_min=0.1), no primaries are flown (in Flair).
With the words “now primaries are flown” you actually mean the simulation get’s stuck right? This is because it is taking a hell of time in the evaluation of the geometry.
The code should actually crash and the info of the crash should lead you to the well know NAZ problem.

I took the freedom to simplify your geometry, see input in attachment. This should let you run the simulation. Beware, you are using all the default values for the transport thresholds and cuts.

> Same thing when I define the source as a rectangle with x=y=10. But when I define a point source with or without divergence, the primaries are flown and I get some results which seems to suggest that there is nothing wrong with the setup.
This is indeed curious. You mention that when you define a point source your geometry is actually working. I’ll need to check that too.

Best,
Vittorio
