Hello Nima,
in order to check your problem, can you send us your input file? (the two
USRBIN plots -with and without geometry option enabled- are also useful).
Are you running via Flupix or are you using a Linux distribution?
I would like to see if it could be an installation -related problem (as it
presumably was the case of Yang Tao) or not.
