Dear Khalid

The fluence is calculated using a track length estimator when calling USRTRACK. The fluence is determined by summing the “tracks”: distance travelled by the particle between interactions and before it exits the region. The sum of tracks (cm) is then divided the volume (cm3) of the region to obtain the fluence (cm-2).

If you divide 5.2241973E-08 by 7.4999…E-03 (volume you must have provided in the USTRACK card) you obtain 6.9655962E-06

Hoping this help
Cheers
Joachim

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: USRTRACK

Dear Fluka users,

I used the card USERTRACK it gives me the following result.

and I dont understand the line 14 and 15
"Tot. response (p/cmq/pr) 6.9655962E-06 +/- 2.965142 %
     ( --> Track l. (cm/pr) 5.2241973E-08 +/- 2.965142 % )

anyone help or explain ?
Thank you for attention.
khalid
