Dear George,
Many thanks for your email.
I tried for 45keV electron on a Cu target. I receive no data. If there is a problem in the file?
Or it is the matter of low energy, Cu target and Fluka with this energy? If Yes, If you propose other simulation code for this energy and target?
Regards,
Masoomeh

Dear Masoomeh,
The low limit of electron transport is 1 keV. However, modeling of 45 keV electron beam interaction with matter requires special care. From FLUKA manual Chapter 1.1.7: "The minimum recommended energy for PRIMARY electrons is about 50 to 100 keV for low-Z materials and 100-200 keV for heavy materials, unless the single scattering algorithm is used."
Best regards,
George

Dear All,
If there is a minimum level of energy for defining as beam energy in Fluka. If Fluka is useful for 45keV electron beam energy hitting a target?
Best regards,
Masoomeh
