<p style="color: red;">According to the FLUKA user license, use of FLUKA for commercial
purposes is not allowed unless previously negotiated with the
Copyright holders.

<br /><br />

For the case of occasional commercial consultancies, the Copyright
holders propose the following general conditions of use:</p>

<pre>
1) The use of FLUKA for occasional commercial consultancies is allowed
   free of charge provided that the consultant is not an employee of
   her/his client, nor she/he holds a continuative work relationship
   with her/his client;
2) The results obtained with FLUKA by the consultant shall not be
   distributed as part of a commercial product, nor constitute in any
   way a tool for the development of a commercial product;
3) The results obtained with FLUKA by the consultant shall not be used
   for patent applications; 
4) The consultant shall register himself as
   such on the FLUKA web site, specifying the contractor's identity and
   the aim and extent of the consultancy;
5) Occasional commercial consultancies are subject to all provisions of
   the FLUKA user license, and associated authors requests to users.
   The consultant shall explicitly state her/his acceptance of
   the license and of the request to users, and she/he shall explicitly
   state that the consultancy is not related to military applications.

<p style="color: red;">Users willing to use FLUKA for a commercial consultancy who are not
sure to fulfill the conditions, or plan to routinely use FLUKA for
consultancies, are invited to contact one of the Fluka Coordinating
Committee members:</p>
