<h2>Requirements:</h2>

<h3>Prior Knowledge</h3>
This is an advanced course in FLUKA and therefore participants must already be capable of performing FLUKA simulations. 

<h3>Laptops</h3>
Participants are kindly requested to come with their personal laptops, where the latest versions of FLUKA and Flair are supposed to be installed and properly working. 
Nevertheless, a limited amount of laptops will be made available.

<h3>Verify Installation</h3>
Verification Program:

Steps:<br>
<ol>
<li> Download the program
<li> unpack <font color="blue">unzip check_fluka.zip</font><br>...or...<br>
  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<font color="blue">tar xzvf check_fluka.tgz</font>
<li> change directory <font color="blue">cd check_fluka</font>
<li> execute<font color="blue">./check_fluka.sh</font>
</ol>
The program will run a few checks and propose solutions in case of problems.<br>
If all tests have passed it will create a summary file <font color="green">check_fluka.out</font>.<br>
<i>Please send this output file</i> to the course organizing committee to verify that your fluka installation is working properly.
