I think that association of cooling time and detector is not correct. The
indexing is separate for each type of detector, e.g. it would be index '1'
for your RESNUCLE detector (since you have only one detector of that type
defined) and not '3', e.g.
DCYSCORE 5.0 1.0 1.0 RESNUCLE
RESNUCLE 1.0 -49.0 4.0 1000.0 BQDET
Also your indexing for USRBDX seems not correct: detector nFluenUD carries
index '1', PHOTON1 is '2' etc.
I just ran a testcase with 10 times less particles and find some
non-zero numbers in PHOTON1 which is actually associated with cooling time
4. Please let me know if this solves your problem.
