Dear Kirk,
In the source file, change the line:
PMOFLK(NPFLKA) = SQRT(ENERG*(ENERG+TWOTWO*AM(ILOFLK(NPFLKA))))
to:
PMOFLK (NPFLKA) = SQRT ( TKEFLK (NPFLKA) * ( TKEFLK (NPFLKA)
& + TWOTWO * AM (IONID) ) )
