    Hi,
    the answer is no: FLUKA belongs to the MC transport category defined as
    "condensed history" approach.
    In order to study DNA damage you need to define track structure at
    the level of a nanometer. This can be achieved only by specialized codes.

    The possible interface of FLUKA with results from a track-structure code
    is at present object of research and development of some groups.
