If you select a body of your geometry it appears by default in purple color if it is visible within the cross section of your plot.
In your case, the screen caption shows that you have selected ‘pxZ_B13’ (blue highlight), thus the plane is shown. This does NOT mean that you have a geometry error.
A similar thing happens with regions.

Hi,
I have two planes of XZP which are normally defined as others. Since they are planes instead of regions, they are not supposed to be visible. However, in geometry of flair, they are visible! I cannot find apparent errors related. Please see the attached picture on which two names are, pXZ_B13 and pXZ_grd1. Their color is purple. Any hint?
Thanks,
Zhiyi.
