FLUKA2006.3b.5 (respin of July 25th 2007)
contains a bug fix to the USRBIN scoring:
The bug concerned R-Z-PHI binning structures,
only in the cases where
the number of radial bins is smaller than the number of azimuthal bins
i.e. USRBIN cards with
WHAT(1) = 11.0 or WHAT(1) = 17.0 AND
WHAT(4) < WHAT (5) in the continuation card
The effect of the bug was a distortion of the azimuthal distributions.
