Dear Irina - Eliza Stiru,
For your information. FLUKA is unable at the moment to well calculate the yield of metastable state. It considers that 50% of nuclei goes into metastable state the rest 50% goes into stable state.

Objet : [fluka-discuss]: Cross Sections Evaluations
Hello everyone.
I am trying to compute with FLUKA simulation and then compare with the evaluated data from NNDC the cross sections for a certain nuclear reaction.
For that I have used RADDECAY to see whether my reaction takes place and thus finding the cross section.
My output looks sort of like this:
# A_min-A_max
….
#Z_min-Z-max
….
#A/Z Isotopes
….
#A/Z/m Isomers
….
So I have one question now: the cross section that I take from #A/Z Isotopes are for ground state and the ones from #A/Z/m Isomers are for excited states?
Thank you in advance for the time given to read and maybe answer my question.
Best regards,
