Dear John,
you can't run flukahp directly, you need to use the $FLUPRO/flutil/rfluka script.
For details check out the relevant part of the manual:

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Can't run Fluka 2011.2x.6
Hello,
I'm trying to use the latest Fluka version with gfortran (gcc) 8.3 on 64-bit CentOS (7.6)
source /cvmfs/lhcb.cern.ch/lib/lcg/releases/gcc/8.3.0/x86_64-centos7/setup.csh
using the download package:
https://www.fluka.org/packages/fluka2011.2x-linux-gfor64bitAA.tar.gz
along with FLUFOR set to gfortran.
As far as I can tell, Fluka compiles and links OK, although when I try running the flukahp program with any example input file it prints out "STOP CHINPF" and immediately stops.
This error is also occurring when I try Fluka on a 64-bit SLC6 system with gfortran 8.3, as well as when I try out the 64-bit 7.4 Fluka version along with gcc 7.3.0
https://www.fluka.org/packages/fluka2011.2x-linux-gfor64bit-7.4-AA.tar.gz
source /cvmfs/lhcb.cern.ch/lib/lcg/releases/gcc/7.3.0/x86_64-centos7/setup.csh
Does anyone know what could be the problem? I've attached an example build log.
Thanks,
John.
