I spoke too soon regarding the issue being fixed. Within 1 hour of Flair being opened, the following error message appears in the Docker\FLUKA terminal after a Flair crash:
XIO: fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server "host.docker.internal:0.0"
after 44212 requests (44210 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
Flair can be immediately reopened, but I am worried about how this will effect any runs in progress that are interrupted. I'll look into doing my runs from the FLUKA terminal in the short term. I have observed this error on 2 separate machines using Windows 10 with export DISPLAY=host.docker.internal:0.0 in effect.

Hi Andrew,
you could try to export the DISPLAY to host.docker.internal:
export DISPLAY=host.docker.internal:0.0
Perhaps, more information here:
