In the output file:
TANTALUM

Ap = 1.000000E-04 MeV Up = 4304.02 MeV
dE/dx fluctuations activated for this medium, level 1
below the threshold for explicit secondary electron production
(up to 2I discrete levels, up to 2 K-edges)
Where Ae is the production threshold for electrons (total energy)
Ap the same for photons
The U quantities are upper values for tabulations.
Further down you have the transport thresholds for each region:
