Dear Gorkem,
In general particle fluence is scored using USRTRACK (by energy), USRBDX
(by energy and angle), or USRBIN (integral fluence) cards.
AUXSCORE card is used in combination with one of these cards to filter
for the particle(s) of interest, such as neutron, photon, all particles,
all charged particles, etc.
Unfortunately example.inp file you have sent is not readable, may be you
can resend it in text format.
