Re: [fluka-discuss]: RE: Flair dicom handler
Hi Francesca,
Would it be possible to have the dicom file you are using since I have not come across this error? Also, I have tested some dicom images I have from OUH but they all went fine. If that is not possible, could you check the pydicom version you are using?
Best wishes,
Thiago

In addition to what I wrote in my previous email, I found the log window in Flair, but it is not really giving me any particular help. This is what it says:
"Warning: Cannot display dicom
Cannot handle the image"
So basically I can open the headers of any dcm file, but cannot really see them.
Thanks again

Subject: Flair dicom handler
Dear Fluka Users,
I am trying to use the Flair dicom handler, but after importing the slices (simple dcm files) with no errors, if I go to the dicom viewer and click on any slice I receive the error message "Cannot display dicom, cannot handle the image". Since there is no log window in the new flair (or at least I can't see it) I cannot really understand what the problem related with this error is. Any suggestion or clue about what could be wrong?
Thanks in advance
Francesca
