Dear Jairo,
there is a generic particle called
SI1MEVNE = Silicon 1 MeV neutron equivalent fluence (cm-2)
which scores exactly the quantity you want.
You can use it on the USRBIN as scoring particle

Subject: [fluka-discuss]: Damage caused by neutrons
Hi FLUKA users,
My goal is to know the equivalence of the number of neutrons of 1 MeV that produce the same damage (to my silicon chip ) that a certain flux of neutrons with an determined spectre. What function should I use? I supposed that the best option would be to compare DPA results in USRBIN , is this best option?
The beam is annular with Rmin = 0 and Rmax=0.5 and passes through the chip.
Thanks for your help
