Dear Tao Yang
If you want to judge on fluence on a lethargy repreentation (E dPhi/dE)
you have to look at a log-lin plot. If you do that you will see that most
of your "Tot. resp." is in the highest energy bin and follows perfectly
the decrease that you see in the sum.lis file
