Shielding Re-Evaluation for the Linac to Booster Transfer Line at the
                              Canadian Light Source

Abstract:
The purpose of this presentation is to describe the shielding re-evaluation in
response to an electron beam mis-steering event that occurred along the Linac to
booster (LTB) transfer line during the setup of the accelerators. To assess the
additional local shielding requirements for the LTB transfer area, FLUKA Monte
Carlo simulations were performed for various experimental scenarios including
studying the effect of different magnetic field strength.
