I have found the answer about scintillation (birks law option) in fluka manual.
I am so sorry for interrupting and wasting your time.
by the way, can u send me a example *.inp file on this problem:
simulate and transport optical photon in scintillator?
i dont know how fluka translate the deposited energy in scinllator to optical
photon?(through a coefficency?)and i also want to simulate the optical photon
transport in Waveshift fiber, maybe this problem has not incompleted in fluka?
