    Both answers are correct but might create some confusion.
    To summarize:
    FLUKA can both track (propagate) neutrinos and simulate their
    interactions, but not the two together. You can either track
    neutrinos without interaction, or interact neutrinos without
    tracking (in a non-standard version).
