Hi
if you get the geofar errors while plotting a slice through the voxel
geometry and you believe the geometry is correct (the fact that it runs in
Fluka is not at all a proof of its correctness by the way), one possible
explaination is that you are asking to plot *exactly* on the boundary
between two voxel layers. Let me make one example, if your voxels
are 1x1x1 cm from 0 to 10 in each axis and you ask for an XY plot
at Z=5 it will never work because you are asking for a plot on
the plane dividing two voxel layers: the result is unpredictable depending
only on computer rounding and very likley generating tons of geometry
errors. In the previous example, just plotting at Z=4.9999 or 5.0001
would fix the problem. Please note that this is not a bug but a real
impossibility to "compute" whether the scan is in the upper or lower layer
with possibly a different rounding at each point of the scan itself.
