Dear Masoomeh,
You are following the steps to link correctly. The problems seem to be caused by the absence of suitable FORTRAN compilers in both cases. In the first case, where you are using gfortran version, you should be using gfortran version 6.x. In the second case, you may not have g77 installed.

I want to make a dpmjet link for running a 350MeV/nmu Carbon beam. I do this on a personal PC and the Fluka installed on a cluster
I will be thankful if someone let me know why I can not make a DPMJ link and receive the following error:

For making DPMJ link in flair, I did the following steps:
1. Press Compile button at the up right corner, the picture is attached (it is named 1).
2. Press ' ldpmqmd ' under the "Action" category.
3. Press 'Build' and give a name to the file, the picture is attached (it is named 2)
Then the above error got appreared.
The inp file is attached the the email.
And for running the fluka If I need to activated the IONTRANS card.
