    Dear Fluka Authors,

    Is the optical roughness parameter option for metals now operational ? The FRGHNS user routine (to vary the surface roughness level) exist in the USERMVAX folder, however the FLUKA manual states it is "NOT YET IMPLEMENTED". Any suggestions how to proceed with this ??
