    Dear Francesco,

    at now you cannot study elastic and quasielastic scattering of deuterons
    with FLUKA, since the nucleus-nucleus elastic scattering treatment is
    missing and the quasielastic channel is not reproduced in the reaction
    description by RQMD.

    The deuteron reaction cross section (intended to include ALL inelastic
    channels) is calculated as discussed in Adv. in Space Res. 34 (2004)
    1302-1310 (Section 3) but its low energy values are quite tentative and
    cannot be taken as a reliable reference. Which deuteron energy range are
    you interested in?
