Dear Riya,

If you use a USRBIN with Cartesian or cylindrical coordinates and put
PHOTON in the WHAT(2), you will be scoring the fluence of photons in
units of photons/(cm^2 * primary).

See the following comment in the USRBIN-card section of the manual

     Any other particle (or family of particles) requested will score:
     (...)
     b) if WHAT(1) >= 10, fluence of particles (or family of
        particles) with particle code (or name) = WHAT(2).

Also, note 8 in the same card:

     8) Fluence will be expressed in particles/cm2 per unit primary weight.
