Dear Andrea and Dávid,
Just to let you know that, finally, I have managed to install F4D in my Surface (not yet in my laptop).
I downloaded again the latest Docker-install and F4D zip-file, and changing the firewall permission for Docker, Xming and Xlaunch, it works! (running as an admin)
Knowing this, I will face the laptop installation later.

Dear Xavier,
please make sure that you are running the latest Docker Community Edition version and the latest scripts for F4D.
Also check by inspection in the Control Panel if Docker is allowed through the firewall (see attachment). If not, check the marks as indicated.
Finally, are you able to run the following command:
docker run --rm hello-world
to test your Docker installation?
