[fluka-discuss]: installing Fluka in Diamond Light source servers

Good morning,

I would like to have fluka installed in Diamond Light source servers instead of on my laptop in order to have a single installation used both by me and my colleagues in the radiation protection department.
Diamond Light source is a research facility, however I'm not sure about point 3 in the licence grant:

'FLUKA is licensed for Use by the Licensee only, and the
Licensee shall not market, distribute, transfer, license or
sub-license, or in any way make available ("Make Available")
FLUKA or Modifications, in whole or in part, to third
parties, without prior written permission. The Licensee shall
not assign or transfer this license'
can Diamond be a Licensee and the people in Diamond use the code?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Silvia
