with apologies fr the lack of documentation -)
Indeed, there exists a SDUM for the GLOBAL card that combines DEPRBODY
and OLDFLAIR:
SDUM=OLDFLBDY
does the work.
All this will be added to the documentation.
Just a small warning:
I fully understand that changing such big geometries as ATLAS can be an
huge and lengthy effort,
however please take into account that "deprecated bodies" are deprecated
because  they can be source of geometry errors, due to rounding
problems. A migration would put you on the safe side.
