Apologies for my late reply, which is indeed due to the winter vacation period.
The build-up factor is automatically taken into account by FLUKA, along with the voxel size. Indeed, when you score dose/energy with usrbin, the normalization is done automatically and you do not need to correct it on the basis of the voxel size.
Regarding other factors, there is nothing that comes to my mind with the exception of the calibration curve of the CT.

Dear experts,
I’m running analogue simulations where continuous x-ray spectrum beam (5x5 cm, 70keV & 6meV generated by customized source.f) is applied on the voxelised human phantom with tissue equivalents. I am scoring energy/dose values with usrbin. I am interested in possible various factors that must be accounted additionally, if Fluka does not evaluate them, such as : a) build up factor b) voxel size factor c) any other factor that is not treated by software but must be evaluated in such kind of simulation. I would appreciate very much if someone could briefly comment on a) and b) at least – thank you very much,
