Hi Delmon,

1. Your USRYIELD scoring is almost fine, apart from the fact that you have
to input the material wrt which the LET is calculated (typically water)
and this material needs to be assigned to some geometry region for
initialization purposes. This is not your case, as Flair warns you:

ERROR: Invalid material index requested idx=34

In fact, if you look into the output file, you can see in the material
table that you got 30 as highest material index, meaning that your request
for 34 (from the 3403 field) is problematic.

2. In cylindrical coordinates, the radius is by definition positive, so in
fact you are getting the entire dose map! averaged over the full azimuthal
range of 360 deg. In order to distinguish between negative and positive
x/y coordinates (left, right, down, and up in the xy transverse plane),
you would need to ask for multiple azimuthal bins instead of one (the
default value you took). But this is perfectly useless in your case, since
your problem features an azimuthal symmetry, to be indeed exploited by
averaging over the full azimuthal range and giving the dose as a function
of r and z only.

Best
Francesco
