Yes, what we need is to add/integrate a detector to the three files that FLUKA generated by the atmloc_2011 file, and were wondering if there is some tutorial/instruction on the steps etc..
We'll take a look at the courses you mentioned and play around the way in implementing our detector to the cosmic ray simulations. Thanks.

I have limited experience with cosmic rays, but it sounds like all you
are missing is to add a geometry region with NaI as material, and to add
scoring cards as needed.
