Dear Bora,
fluka-2011.2x-5.x86_64.rpm is not compatible with OpenSuse Leap 15.0. This version of FLUKA requires nut just a newer glibc, but gfortran version 8 as well, which is also missing in your machine.
On the other hand, you can install manually fluka2011.2x-linux-gfor64bit-7.4-AA.tar.gz without problem. For instructions see

Dear Fluka users/experts,
I installed fluka-2011.2x-5.x86_64.rpm, flair-2.3-0.noarch.rpm,flair-geoviewer-2.3-0.src.rpm in OpenSusue 15.0.
When I started a input file, I took this message;
/usr/local/flukagfor/flukahp: /lib64/libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.27' not found (required by /usr/local/flukagfor/flukahp)
'glibc-2.26-lp150.11.9.1.x86_64' is installed. But
I searched libm.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.27' but I can not find it for OpenSuse 15.0
Can you help me, please
